 Germanwings a subsidiary of the german regional airline Eurowings was founded in 2002. The airline uses the former West German capitals airport of Cologne-Bonn for its low-fare flights to many popular destinations all across Europe. Contrary to many other low-fare airlines such as Ryanair Germanwings lands at premium airports only such as London-Stansted Milan-Malpensa and Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
